Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and performance\-oriented Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and managing social media strategies, creating engaging content, coordinating campaigns, and supporting brand growth across multiple digital platforms.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement practices, and content planning strategies to help improve brand visibility and online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives
- Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X
- Coordinate the creation of social media content including posts, reels, videos, stories, and other digital creatives
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience engagement patterns
- Manage organic and paid social media campaigns to support brand awareness and audience engagement goals
- Work closely with designers, content writers, and marketing teams for campaign execution
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports using social media analytics tools
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions in a professional manner
- Support influencer outreach and collaboration activities where required
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across all social media channels
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar platforms
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with marketing agencies or handling multiple brands
- Knowledge of influencer collaboration and social media outreach processes
- Understanding of current digital marketing and content trends
- Experience in content planning, audience engagement, and campaign coordination
Pay: From ₹30,000\.00 per month
