Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results\-oriented **Social Media Manager** who can independently manage social media accounts, develop content strategies, coordinate with designers/video editors, and grow brands across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand not just posting, but **how content, branding, engagement, and strategy work together to generate business results.**

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social platforms.
• Create monthly/weekly content calendars based on client goals.
• Plan Reels, static posts, carousels, stories, and other social content.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and content briefs.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content/script writers.
• Manage the complete content publishing process and maintain posting schedules.
• Monitor social media trends, trending formats, sounds, and relevant topics.
• Analyze social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track important metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, views, and leads.
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
• Handle client communication related to social media activities.
• Understand different brand tones and create content accordingly.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Suggest new content ideas and campaigns to improve brand visibility and engagement.
• Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication.
• Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platform algorithm changes.

Required Skills

• 2\.5–3 years of hands\-on experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Excellent content writing and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Reels and short\-form video content.
• Ability to create effective content calendars and social media strategies.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Good understanding of branding and digital marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Good coordination and team\-management skills.
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads.
• Basic knowledge of SEO/Google Business Profile.
• Experience with Canva.
• Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and research.
• Experience managing social media for multiple businesses/agencies.
• Experience in creating lead\-generation\-focused social media strategies.
