Social Media Manager Intern

We are looking for a **creative, organized, and data\-driven Social Media Manager** to grow our brand presence across platforms and manage our social media ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, publishing, and managing content across multiple channels (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms), while coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximum reach.Good knowledge in handling AI tools

This role will also work closely with content creators and clinical leads to produce emotionally resonant and educational content while managing audience engagement and performance analytics.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement a **weekly and monthly social media content calendar** aligned with MindAlgo’s brand and goals.
• Coordinate with the Clinical Creator and Content Team to translate raw scripts into engaging posts, reels, carousels, and videos.
• Identify trending formats and opportunities to increase engagement and reach.

• *Content Production Coordination**

• Work with video editors, graphic designers, and writers to ensure content is produced on time and to quality standards.
• Ensure all content follows brand voice, emotional connection guidelines, and neuroscience\-informed messaging.

• *Publishing \& Scheduling**

• Publish and schedule content across platforms using social media management tools (e.g., Metricool, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
• Ensure posting consistency and optimal timing for each platform.

• *Community Engagement**

• Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions daily.
• Respond to community questions and escalate relevant messages to clinical or support teams.
• Maintain a supportive, empathetic, and professional tone in all responses.

• *Performance Tracking \& Reporting**

• Monitor key metrics (impressions, reach, engagement, saves, shares, conversions, growth).
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insight and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and audience growth.

• *Platform Growth \& Testing**

• Test new content formats and strategies to improve reach and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on changes in social media algorithms and platform features.
