Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and results\-driven Social Media Manager with at least 2 years of experience to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, strategy planning, and audience engagement.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications
• Manage comments, messages, and audience interactions
• Run paid social media campaigns and track performance
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop is a plus)
• Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing
• Excellent communication and creative skills

• Experience in running paid ads and campaign optimization
