Social Media Manager

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and creative **Social Media Manager** who can handle our presence across **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Telegram**.

The ideal candidate should understand **hooks, viral content psychology, short\-form trends**, and be able to convert everyday moments—especially from podcasts—into high\-performing reels and shorts.

You’ll create engaging content, plan monthly calendars, identify viral opportunities, and ensure consistent brand growth across all platforms.

• *Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy \& Ideation**

• Develop and execute a social media strategy tailored for **trading, stock market, and crypto** audiences.
• Create **engaging, innovative, and trend\-driven content ideas** across all platforms.
• Identify **viral reel/short moments from podcasts**, long\-form videos, and live streams.
• Research market trends and create content that resonates with traders and investors.
• Build a monthly **content calendar** for all platforms.

• *Content Management**

• Post content across **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Telegram** consistently.
• Collaborate with the creative and video editing team to execute ideas.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, headlines, and micro\-copy that drives engagement.
• Repurpose long\-form content into multiple short\-form pieces.

• *Community Building \& Engagement**

• Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions across platforms.
• Grow and nurture trading/crypto communities, especially on **Telegram**.
• Monitor analytics and optimize content for reach, retention, and ROI.

• *Trend Spotting**

• Keep track of trending reels, hooks, formats, memes, and market\-related narratives.
• Rapidly implement new ideas and formats to stay ahead of competitors.
• Observe user behaviour and performance metrics to improve future content.

• *Requirements**

• Proven experience managing social media for creators, brands, or companies (finance niche preferred).

• *Preferred Skills**

• Minimum 2 years of proven track record.
• Experience with scheduling tools like Notion, Asana, Buffer, or Meta Suite.
• Basic copywriting and storytelling ability.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO, thumbnail psychology, and retention strategies.
• Ability to craft telegram posts, trading updates, and quick bite\-sized insights.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
