Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and results\-driven **Social Media Manager** with 1–2 years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms including **Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok**.
• Develop and execute an effective **social media content strategy**.
• Create and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars.
• Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Coordinate with and manage the **Social Media Executive** to ensure timely execution of the content plan.
• Review and optimize posts, reels, videos, stories, and other social media content.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, formats, and best practices.
• Analyze social media insights and prepare regular performance reports.
• Suggest new content ideas and campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands\-on experience in social media management.
• Good understanding of **Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok**.
• Strong knowledge of content planning, social media strategy, and analytics.
• Ability to manage and coordinate with a social media team/executive.
• Creative thinking with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools is a plus.
