Our vision is to become one of India's most admired fashion brands while building a community of confident and creative trendsetters.Role DescriptionWavyn Atelier LLP is seeking a creative and performance\-driven Social Media Marketing Manager for a full\-time, on\-site role in Noida. The candidate will lead social media growth, content strategy, community engagement, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive sales.The role involves planning content calendars, managing campaigns, coordinating with creative and product teams, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies across digital channels. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, digital marketing, emerging trends, and AI\-powered marketing tools.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Plan content calendars and coordinate creation of posts, reels, videos, and campaigns.Manage community engagement and influencer partnerships.Track analytics and optimize content performance.Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and campaign budgets.Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting to improve performance.Utilize AI tools for content creation, research, automation, and campaign optimization.Stay updated on fashion, eCommerce, and digital marketing trends.QualificationsExperience in Social Media Marketing, SMO, and Content Strategy.Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing.Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Excellent communication, copywriting, and analytical skills.Experience with fashion, lifestyle, D2C, or eCommerce brands preferred.Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, and similar platforms.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred.Location: Noida (On\-site) Employment Type: Full\-TimeShare CV : hr@wavyn.co
