Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic **Social Media Manager** to manage our brand's presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will plan, create, publish, and optimize engaging content to increase brand awareness, grow our online community, and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly social media content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan, manage, and maintain the content calendar across all platforms.
• Research industry trends, competitor content, and emerging social media opportunities.
• Brainstorm and present creative campaign ideas, content pillars, and growth strategies.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and copywriters to ensure timely content production.
• Write engaging captions and optimize posts with relevant hashtags and keywords.
• Publish and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor engagement by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and current trends.
• Excellent copywriting, and organizational skills.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
