Social Media Manager / Photo Editor / Graphic Designer

We’re hiring a creative all\-rounder to run our social media, plan shoots, retouch photos, and design content. **Photo retouching is the most important part of this role.**

Responsibilities

• Manage our social accounts: content calendar, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking
• Stay on top of trends and turn them into content ideas
• Create storyboards and mood boards, and prepare for shoots
• Retouch and edit photos to a polished, consistent, on\-brand standard
• Design social posts, stories, and graphics between shoots
• Generate high\-quality images with AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT

Requirements (all required)

• Proven social media management experience and strong knowledge of current trends
• Expert photo editing and retouching skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent)
• Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar)
• Experience with storyboards, mood boards, and shoot prep
• Hands\-on experience creating good AI images with Gemini and ChatGPT
• A strong portfolio, including retouching before\-and\-afters

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
