• *Experience:** \-2\-5 years of experience in social media management

• *Responsibilities:**

• *\*Social Media Management:**

· Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, and twitter etc.)

· Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels

• *\*Content Posting \& Scheduling:**

· Execute daily/weekly posting schedules

· Optimize posts for engagement and reach

• *\*Social Media Calendar:**

· Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar

· Align content with marketing campaigns, events, and brand goals

• *\*Webinar Hosting:**

· Plan, coordinate, and host webinars or live sessions

· Collaborate with internal teams and external speakers

· Promote webinars across platforms to maximize attendance

• *\*Documentation \& Reporting:**

· Maintain records of campaigns, content plans, and performance reports

· Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights

• *\*Community Building:**

· Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly

· Build and nurture an active online community

· Monitor feedback and maintain positive brand interactions

• *\*Growth \& Brand Visibility:**

· Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement

· Improve brand awareness and online presence

· Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities

• *Skills Required:**

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

· 2\-5 years of experience in social media management

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with webinar tools and hosting

· Ability to plan and manage content calendars

· Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.)
