Social Media Manager – Instagram

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and trend\-savvy **Social Media Manager** to manage and grow our Instagram presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, managing campaigns, and building a strong brand identity through Instagram marketing strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstagram Management
- Manage daily operations of the company’s Instagram account
- Plan and schedule posts, stories, reels, and carousel content
- Develop creative content strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement
- Monitor Instagram trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
- Generate a minimum average of **7,000\+ views per reel/video** through creative and trend\-based content strategies
Content Creation
- Write engaging captions and Instagram copy
- Coordinate with designers/video editors for reels, graphics, and promotional content
- Ensure brand consistency across all Instagram communications
Campaigns \& Promotions
- Run and optimize Instagram ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
- Collaborate with influencers and creators for promotional campaigns
- Track campaign performance and optimize for better reach and ROI
Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally
- Build and maintain strong audience relationships
- Encourage community participation and user engagement
Analytics \& Reporting
- Monitor account performance using Instagram Insights and Meta tools
- Analyze engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth
- Prepare monthly performance reports and improvement strategies
Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and algorithms
- Proven ability to create content achieving **7,000\+ views per reel/video**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with good visual sense
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic editing tools
- Knowledge of Instagram Ads and audience targeting
- Time management and multitasking abilities
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
- Digital Marketing certification preferred
