Social Media Manager

• *About the Role**

RMC Education, part of the RMC Group of Companies with 26\+ years of experience in overseas education consulting, is looking for a Social Media Executive who can drive both SEO and social media growth. This is a hands\-on role for someone who understands search algorithms as well as social platforms, and can turn both into measurable audience growth and leads.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, keyword performance, and website traffic
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) — content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
• Build data\-driven growth plans with measurable KPIs for audience expansion and lead generation
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Meta Ads Manager; optimize campaigns for ROI
• Maintain a portfolio of successful projects demonstrating traffic growth and engagement results
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content for education and healthcare\-related promotions

• *What We're Looking For**

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in SEO and social media (must have hands\-on experience in both)
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, on\-page/off\-page optimization, and social media algorithms
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute growth strategies, with a portfolio of results
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar tools
• Excellent English communication skills; Hindi is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred; candidates based in Delhi are ideal for this WFO role
