Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results\-driven **Social Media Manager** to manage our social media presence, develop content strategies, and increase brand awareness and audience engagement across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in social media management, content planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand visibility, engagement, and reach.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to create engaging content.
• Write creative captions, post descriptions, and calls to action.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
• Manage comments, direct messages, and community interactions.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing and business objectives.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand growth.

Required Skills

• 2–7 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience in content strategy, content calendars, and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.
