Social Media Manager

• *About the Role:**

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to grow presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You’ll own the content calendar, work with our design/video team, and ensure voice comes alive on social. From reels and walkthroughs to founder\-ledposts and market insights, you’ll craft and distribute content that builds awareness, trust, and engagement.

• *What You'll Do:**

· Build and own presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Create original, high\-quality content that reflects the brand and resonates with our audience.

· Collaborate with design, video, and growth teams to drive visibility and engagement.

· Track content performance, derive insights, and continuously refine creative strategies.

• *What We're Looking For:**

Ø A creator mindset with a strong understanding of social trends and what captures attention.

Ø Excellent storytelling skills and confidence in creating on\-camera content and short\-form videos.

Ø Hands\-on execution skills, with the ability to shoot, edit, and publish content independently and consistently.

Ø A data\-driven approach, with the ability to analyze performance and adapt content strategies based on insights.

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
