Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results\-driven Social Media Manager to develop, manage, and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Required Skills

• Strong written communication and creative skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience with content creation and social media scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut is an advantage.
• Good organizational, multitasking, and time\-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Prepare and manage monthly content calendars.
• Write creative captions, headlines, and relevant hashtags.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Track performance metrics, including reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
• Analyze insights and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Support paid social media campaigns and promotional activities.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
