1\. Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result\-oriented Social Media Manager to manage the company's digital presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, promoting the company's projects and brand identity, and improving online visibility and engagement.

Candidates with experience in the construction, infrastructure, real estate, or contracting industry will be preferred.

2\. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, project updates, and promotional creatives.
• Showcase construction projects, site progress, company achievements, and milestones through digital platforms.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect photographs, videos, and updates from construction sites.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, reach, and overall performance.
• Manage social media campaigns and paid promotions to improve brand awareness and generate business leads.
• Ensure all published content maintains the company's professional image, brand guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media practices.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and recommend improvements to the company's digital marketing strategy.

3\. Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Good content writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Understanding of social media analytics, paid advertising, audience targeting, and lead generation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; Gujarati language skills will be an advantage.

4\. Experience Criteria

• Relevant experience: 4–5 years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, real estate, or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should have a portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts and campaigns.

5\. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Consistency and quality of social media content.
• Growth in followers, reach, impressions, and audience engagement.
• Improvement in brand visibility and online presence.
• Performance of paid campaigns and quality of leads generated.
• Timely execution of the content calendar and marketing campaigns.
• Accuracy and professionalism of published content.

6\. Work Location

• *Vadodara / Ahmedabad, Gujarat**

The selected candidate should be willing to coordinate with the company's office and project\-site teams for content collection, project updates, photography, and video coverage as required.

7\. Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a creative individual who understands how to present construction and infrastructure projects professionally through social media. The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with management and site teams, capturing project highlights, and developing content that strengthens the company's brand image and market presence.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
