About the Role

Social Ctrl is looking for a creative Graphic Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling. You'll create high\-quality social media creatives, carousels, brand designs, and marketing materials for brands across multiple industries.

Candidates must own a laptop capable of running professional design software and be comfortable managing design projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, and digital marketing creatives.
• Create visually appealing designs that align with each brand's identity and guidelines.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva to develop high\-quality designs.
• Understand creative briefs and translate concepts into effective visual communication.
• Maintain consistency in typography, colour palettes, layouts, and brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate with content strategists and social media managers to execute creative ideas.
• Adapt designs for different platforms and campaign requirements.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and creative techniques.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Must own a laptop suitable for professional graphic design work.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing social media creatives and marketing materials.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media creative work.
