Sunfix Solar Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Solar Operations \& Maintenance (O\&M) company providing professional cleaning, preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, and asset management services for residential, commercial, industrial, and utility\-scale solar power plants across India.
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result\-driven Social Media Manager who can build our digital presence, generate quality leads, and establish Sunfix Solar as a trusted brand in the renewable energy sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage company profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Create and publish engaging content aligned with the company's marketing strategy.
- Develop monthly content calendars.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Content Creation
- Create high\-quality posts, reels, short videos, stories, carousels, and infographics.
- Write compelling captions and relevant hashtags.
- Cover project installations, solar cleaning activities, customer testimonials, case studies, and company events.
- Coordinate photography and videography at project sites.
Brand Building
- Increase brand awareness and online engagement.
- Build Sunfix Solar as a thought leader in Solar O\&M.
- Promote company achievements, milestones, certifications, and success stories.
Lead Generation
- Generate B2B leads through social media campaigns.
- Promote Solar AMC, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Module Cleaning Services, Performance Audits, and EPC support services.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize campaigns for lead generation.
Paid Campaigns
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn.
- Optimize advertising budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Build strong relationships with followers and customers.
- Manage the company's online reputation.
Analytics \& Reporting
* Track KPIs including
- Reach
- Impressions
- Engagement Rate
- Followers Growth
- Website Traffic
- Leads Generated
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations.
Website \& SEO Support
- Coordinate with the website team to publish blogs and case studies.
- Improve website traffic through social media.
- Support basic SEO initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret social media metrics and optimize performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management.
- Experience in the Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, or B2B industry is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
