We are seeking a Social Media Manager with strong strategies to transform our digital channels into a measurable growth engine. You will own the full digital funnel—content creation, brand storytelling, community engagement, and performance analytics. Your mission is to build a digital presence that drives real foot traffic and enhances store\-level sales across competitive U.S. markets.

Key Responsibilities \-

Content Architecture: Develop and execute high\-impact content creatives and add them in calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.

High\-Fidelity Production: Create 100% original, non\-AI\-generated reels, videos, and static posts using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.

Field Synergy: Coordinate daily with store managers to collect real\-time product photos, behind\-the\-scenes clips, and customer interactions.

Strategic Campaigns: Propose and launch in\-store initiatives (contests, mini\-events) that intentionally boost physical foot traffic.

Community Leadership: Manage all digital correspondence (DMs, reviews, comments) with a sophisticated and consistent brand voice.

Data \& Optimization: Track performance metrics and deliver weekly reports, adjusting strategies based on engagement data and market trends.

Requirements\-

Bachelor's Degree in any field

Experience: 3–4 years in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing (Retail/QSR experience preferred).

Expert\-level proficiency in Canva and short\-form video editing tools.

Ability to operate independently, bringing fresh ideas that differentiate our brands.

Strong understanding of U.S. holidays, trends, and consumer behavior.

Deep knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools

Maintain a strict standard for human\-centric creativity. Concepts must be original—not repeated or AI\-generated.
