About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results\-oriented **Social Media Manager** who can build a strong online presence, create engaging content, and execute impactful digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience managing social media platforms, running campaigns, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, create, and publish high\-quality content across multiple platforms.
• Manage daily activities on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
• Create content calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance for better ROI.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the graphic design and content teams to create engaging marketing assets.
• Build and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries.
• Generate creative ideas for brand awareness, lead generation, and audience growth.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Experience with social media planning, content strategy, and campaign management.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
