Social Media Manager

Seeking a dynamic individual who can effectively manage a high\-energy team, adapt seamlessly to organizational culture, and preferably bring prior experience in the real estate industry.

• Plan and execute performance\-driven lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Manage monthly ad budgets and optimised campaigns for CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
• Handle leads duplicacy.
• Prepare monthly content calendars and social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Postings across all the social media handles.
• Create platform\-native content including blogs, reels, carousels, scripts, LinkedIn posts, and ad copies.
• Lead end\-to\-end video shooting, editing, and post\-production.
• Manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing events including Property Parade, Prosperi\-Tea Mela, and other brand events.
• Analyse campaign performance and produced detailed reports.
• Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM).
• Coordinate with graphic designer, external agencies, and vendors for seamless execution.

Must have\-

• Must have experience in team handling.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage cross\-functional teams effectively.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar industry .

Technical Proficiency: Hands\-on experience with social media management tools

Analytics Expertise: Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platform\-specific analytics tools.

Content Skills: Ability to write engaging copy and guide design teams for creative visuals.

Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to plan and execute successful social media campaigns.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Problem Solving: Ability to manage crises or negative feedback effectively and diplomatically.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
