Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, trend\-savvy, and performance\-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, social media growth, audience engagement, and brand storytelling. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across multiple social media platforms while helping clients achieve their marketing and business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Social Media Management and Content Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and emerging social platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design and video editing tools.
• Experience creating Reels, Shorts, Stories, Carousels, and Video Content.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and audience growth strategies.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and social media advertising.
• Strong communication, creativity, and time\-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Create engaging graphics, videos, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Monitor trends and create timely, relevant, and viral content ideas.
• Manage social media communities and respond to audience interactions.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and clients to ensure brand consistency.
• Track campaign performance and provide monthly analytics reports.
• Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and lead generation.
• Research competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated with the latest social media tools, platform updates, and digital marketing trends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meta Business Suite.
• Knowledge of Facebook \& Instagram Ads.
• Basic SEO and content marketing understanding.
• Photography, videography, or video editing skills.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
