• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our clients’ brands across social media platforms — planning content, running campaigns, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring every piece of content goes through the right approval process before it goes live.

This is a mid\-entry level role best suited for someone with 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing who is eager to grow, takes ownership of their work, and communicates proactively.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Content \& Campaigns**

• Plan, create and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and brand guidelines
• Write engaging captions, hooks and copy tailored to each platform’s audience. (Using AI tools)
• Execute paid and organic campaigns from brief to reporting
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes and platform features

• *Analytics \& Reporting**

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) using native platform analytics and third\-party tools
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients
• Identify insights from data and recommend optimisations to improve results

• *Stakeholder Follow\-up**

Maintain clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders including design, strategy and leadership teams. Follow up on pending deliverables, flag blockers early and ensure all tasks move forward on schedule. Maintain trackers and status sheets to keep everyone aligned.

• *Approval Management**

Route all content, creatives and campaign materials through the correct internal review and client approval process before publishing. Track feedback cycles, manage revisions and maintain an organised approval log. Ensure no content goes live without sign\-off, reducing errors and brand inconsistencies.

• *Client Communication**

Serve as a point of contact for day\-to\-day client interactions. Respond to client briefs, queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Prepare and present performance decks, monthly reviews and campaign proposals. Build strong working relationships with clients through consistent, transparent communication.

• *Community Management**

• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs and brand mentions across platforms
• Foster a positive, engaged community around each client’s brand
• Escalate sensitive or reputation\-impacting interactions to the appropriate team member

• *Skills \& Requirements**

• 1–2 years of hands\-on experience in social media marketing
• Strong written communication skills in English (Hindi or Bengali proficiency is a plus)
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Express or similar
• Familiarity with analytics tools — Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or equivalent
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how they apply to social content
• Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Planner)
• Ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously
• Comfortable handling client calls, written briefs and feedback professionally
• Strong attention to detail, especially in approval workflows and content accuracy
• Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram advertising) **— strong plus**
