Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our company's social media platforms, create engaging content and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, content creation and audience engagement.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Create attractive social media posts, reels, stories and other engaging content.
• Design creative posts and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags and content for social media platforms.
• Plan, schedule and publish regular social media content.
• Research trending topics, hashtags and social media trends.
• Increase followers, reach, engagement and overall brand visibility.
• Monitor comments, messages and respond to audience queries professionally.
• Track social media performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Analyse competitor activities and suggest new content ideas.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and graphic designing.
• Good content\-writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Creativity and the ability to generate new content ideas.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics.
• Time management and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with relevant certifications or practical social media management experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong creativity and knowledge of social media platforms are welcome to apply.
