• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a creative and result\-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for creative campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and promotions.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Generate leads and support marketing objectives through digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product launches, events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting across platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and content\-writing skills.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media analytics.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is preferred.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.

Preferred Industry

• Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, FMCG, or related industries.

Pay: ₹13,500\.00 \- ₹18,500\.00 per month
