Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Executive with hands\-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to manage social media campaigns, generate quality leads, and improve digital marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize ad budgets, and improve ROI.
• Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Track campaign results and prepare performance reports.
• Create effective ad creatives and collaborate with the content and design teams.
• Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands\-on experience in digital and social media marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and budget management.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), conversion tracking, and reporting tools.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet marketing targets.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
