We’re a growing digital marketing agency looking for a creative social media person who loves short\-form content and experimenting with reels. If you’re already managing your own Instagram account and enjoy creating content consistently, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Handle the agency’s social media (mainly Instagram)
• Create and edit short\-form reels regularly
• Document day\-to\-day agency life, learnings, and behind\-the\-scenes moments
• Jump on trends and adapt them to our brand
• Brainstorm content ideas and help shape creative direction
• Focus on consistent content flow over perfection

What We’re Looking For

• Good understanding of Instagram reels and trends
• Comfortable with reel transitions and basic editing
• Creative mindset with fresh ideas
• Experience managing your own social media account (good engagement \> followers)
• Someone who enjoys experimenting and learning
