We are looking for a creative and dynamic Video Editor \& Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and promote our hair and skin clinic across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in video editing, content creation, social media management, and digital marketing strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

• *Key Responsibilities Video Editing \& Content Creation**

• Edit high\-quality videos, reels, shorts, and promotional content for social media platforms.
• Create engaging before\-and\-after treatment videos, patient testimonials, doctor bites, procedure highlights, and event coverage.
• Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, music, and visual effects to enhance content quality.
• Ensure all content aligns with the clinic’s branding guidelines.

• *Social Media Management**

• Manage and maintain Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content regularly.
• Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.

• *Digital Marketing**

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
• Optimize content using relevant hashtags, keywords, and SEO techniques.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to create promotional content.
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and lead generation.

• *Brand Promotion**

• Cover clinic events, celebrations, treatment procedures, and customer success stories.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies for patient acquisition and retention.
• Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and digital marketing techniques.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and organizational skills.

• *Preferred Experience**

• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or wellness industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
