Job Description – Social Media Marketing Manager

*Location:** Banashankari, Bengaluru
*Experience:** Minimum 1\+ Year
*Salary:** Up to ₹25,000 per month
*Working Hours:** 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result\-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager with at least 1 year of experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and improving brand visibility across digital channels.

Roles \& Responsibilities

Manage and maintain social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Create monthly social media content calendars and ensure timely posting.
Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with design and content teams to develop creative marketing materials.
Run and monitor social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1\+ year of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Knowledge of content creation, reels, captions, hashtags, and social media trends.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva and social media analytics tools is preferred.
Good communication skills, creativity, and time\-management abilities.
