We are looking for a creative and result\-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in paid advertising, lead generation, and digital growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Meta \& Google Ads (High Priority)**

\* Run, manage, analyze, and optimize lead generation campaigns.

\* Improve lead quality, reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL), and maximize ROI.

\* Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.

• *2\. WhatsApp Community Growth**

\* Develop strategies to attract new community members.

\* Plan engagement activities to keep the community active.

\* Increase community participation and retention.

• *3\. Webinar Marketing**

\* Drive webinar registrations through paid and organic marketing.

\* Implement strategies to increase actual webinar attendance.

• *4\. Social Media Management**

\* Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media pages.

\* Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.

\* Stay updated with trends and improve reach and engagement.

• *5\. LinkedIn Management**

\* Manage company LinkedIn pages and create professional content.

\* Increase followers, engagement, brand visibility, and leads.

• *6\. Analytics \& Reporting**

\* Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and social media growth.

\* Prepare reports and suggest improvements.

• *Requirements**

\* 2–4 years of relevant digital marketing experience.

\* Strong hands\-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads is mandatory.

\* Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.

\* Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and community growth.

\* Creative, analytical, and result\-oriented mindset.

\* Experience in finance/fintech marketing is a plus.
