• *About the Role**

We are seeking a creative, passionate, and results\-oriented **Social Media Handling Specialist** to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing social media campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement through both organic and paid strategies.

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, content creation, and analytics, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful online campaigns.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop, implement, and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter)** and other relevant channels.
• Create compelling content including posts, reels, stories, videos, GIFs, infographics, and interactive media.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors to produce high\-quality marketing assets.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all digital platforms.
• Manage day\-to\-day social media activities, including publishing content, monitoring conversations, and engaging with followers.
• Build and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and brand awareness through effective organic and paid marketing campaigns.
• Identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media opportunities.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, audience growth, engagement metrics, and (Return of Investment) ROI.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's Degree in **BBA (Digital Marketing), Marketing, Communications, Business Administration**, or a related field.
• **MBA in Marketing/Digital Marketing** or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
• Relevant Digital Marketing Certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• **1–2 years of experience** in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Excellent content writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with social media scheduling and management tools such as **Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite**.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as **Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut**.
• Good understanding of **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)** and Content Marketing.
• Knowledge of **Meta Ads Manager**, paid social media advertising, and campaign optimization.
• Experience using analytics tools including **Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics**, and other reporting platforms.
• Ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Creative thinking with strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.
