We're looking for a Social Media Strategist to grow our online presence, build community, and turn our brand voice into real engagement across every platform we show up on.
  • *About the Role**

We're hiring a Social Media Strategist to own our day\-to\-day social presence and long\-term content strategy. You'll plan and publish content, track what's working, and partner with marketing, design, and leadership to make sure our voice is consistent, timely, and on\-brand everywhere our audience finds us. This role is a great fit for someone who is equal parts creative and analytical: comfortable writing a punchy caption in the morning and pulling a performance report in the afternoon.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals
  • Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Own the editorial content calendar, coordinating with design, marketing, and product teams on assets and messaging
  • Write engaging, on\-brand copy for posts, captions, and community responses
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage community moderation
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions); adjust strategy based on performance data
  • Partner with paid media/advertising teams on boosted posts and social ad campaigns
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, creators, or brand partners as needed
  • Stay current on platform algorithm changes, emerging channels, and social media best practices
  • *Qualifications**
  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or organization
  • Proven track record of growing engagement and following across multiple platforms
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across channels
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
  • Working knowledge of social analytics tools and the ability to translate data into action
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines at once
  • *Nice to Have**
  • Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator partnerships
  • Video content creation and short\-form editing experience
  • Experience in \[industry specific to company, e.g., B2B SaaS, retail, hospitality]
