• *Job Description :**

We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Photo \& Video Graphic Designer to elevate our visual brand identity online. In this role, you will be responsible for the end\-to\-end production of digital assets—ranging from striking static graphics to high\-energy short\-form videos—that capture attention, tell stories, and convert viewers into followers.

• **Experience:** 1–3 years of professional experience producing visual content for brands or agencies.
• **Portfolio:** **A link to a portfolio or showreel showcasing past photo, video, and design work is mandatory.**

• *Key Roles and Responsibilities:**

• *Visual Storyteller: Turning brand messages into engaging photos, videos, and graphics.** **Multimedia Producer:** Handling the entire production pipeline from scripting to final editing.

• *Brand Designer: Creating cohesive graphics that maintain a consistent visual identity online.**

• *Trend Adapter:** Fast\-tracking viral audio, meme formats, and visual trends into our content strategy.

• *Video Production: Script, shoot, and edit short\-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) using mobile gear or DSLRs.**

• *Photography:** Take high\-quality product, lifestyle, and behind\-the\-scenes photos for daily social feeds.

• *Graphic Design: Design social media templates, carousels, infographics, and event banners using design software.**

• *Post\-Production:** Handle video editing, colour grading, sound mixing, captioning, and visual effects (VFX).

• *Asset Management: Organize and archive all raw footage, photos, and design files in a shared team library.**

• *Platform Optimization:** Format and export visuals to match specific aspect ratios and guidelines for each platform.

• *Collaboration: Work with marketing executives to align visual content with monthly promotional calendars.**

• *Skills and Qualifications**

• *Video Editing:** Mastery of video tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro. **Graphic Design: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.**

• *Camera Equipment:** Experience operating DSLRs/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and wireless microphones.

• *Motion Graphics: Basic animation skills for text overlays and transitions are highly preferred.**

• *Visual Eye:** Strong understanding of composition, colour theory, typography, and framing.
