Job Title: Techno\-Functional Solutions Lead

Location: Bangalore (preferred) / any UST location is good.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Techno\-Functional Solutions Lead at an Architect/Lead level with strong hands\-on expertise. The role requires a balance of technical depth and stakeholder management to support and drive delivery across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a hands\-on lead, diving into technical details as required

Provide technical guidance to contractors and FTEs

Manage and engage with business and technical stakeholders

Support operations and production environments, not just development

Quickly understand and adapt to the existing system landscape

Work closely with the team to debug issues and resolve challenges

Ensure smooth team collaboration and delivery

Required Skills

Strong experience in AWS, SQL, and Power BI

Proven experience in techno\-functional leadership roles

Experience in support, operations, and delivery management

Ability to balance technical execution and team management

Strong problem\-solving and communication skills
