THE ROLE

As a member of the front\-end design integration/verification Tools \& Methodologies team, you will work closely with the Architecture, IP design, SOC, and product engineers to achieve first pass silicon success.

THE PERSON

Candidate should be passionate about software engineering, should have good communication, problem\-solving skills and is willing to learn and ready to take on problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Work on internal software tools to develop and test new features \& deploy them accross AMD projects.

· Collaborate closely with IP and SOC teams to deliver solutions that work for them.

· Support IP and SOC teams on the tool/flows,provide debug support and resolve queries.

· Contribute to the design and implementation of future architecture for a highly scalable, durable, and innovative system.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

· 2\-3 years of Experience in software design and development role

REQUIRED SKILLS

· SOFTWARE

o Strong development experience in either of (C/C\+\+/Pyhton/Ruby/PERL)

o Should have good understanding on Data Structure and Algorithms.

o Should have experience in writing test case scenarios and test case development.

o Should have good debugging skills and hands on GDB, Valgrind.

o Should have experience with version control systems (GIT/PERFORCE)

o Should understand file formats like (JSON/YAML/XML)

o Should have hands on experience with LINUX, Shell Scripting and Knowledge of Reg Ex is good to have.

o Good to have CI/CD knowledge.

· DOMAIN

o Good to have understanding on HDL languages like VERILOG/VHDL

o Basic understanding of Computer Architecture

· Soft skills

o Person will interact with multiple teams across global AMD sites

o Must have good communication skills and the ability and desire to foster a team environment.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

· Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹1,100,000\.00 per year
