We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Software Developer Trainees who are passionate about programming and eager to learn, build, and grow with our development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and work with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and related frameworks.
• Write clean, readable, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Assist in developing new features and improving existing applications.
• Identify, debug, and resolve software issues.
• Work with databases and understand basic database design and queries.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and project planning.
• Follow software development best practices and coding standards.
• Complete assigned tasks, training exercises, and project deliverables within deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical knowledge.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts, including variables, loops, functions, and object\-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, or PHP.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases is preferred.
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub is a plus.
• Strong logical thinking and problem\-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work on real\-world projects.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Ruby on Rails or another web development framework.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and MVC architecture.
• Understanding of web application development and client\-server architecture.
• Personal projects, GitHub repositories, internships, or relevant academic projects.

Job Types: Full\-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000\.00 \- ₹6,000\.00 per month
