Software Development Project Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Lead end\-to\-end delivery of internal custom software development projects, from scoping and planning through launch and post\-release support

· Partner closely with developers, designers, QA, and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, actionable work

· Run Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives) and continuously improve team processes

· Track project progress, timelines, and risks in Jira, and proactively address blockers before they affect delivery

· Maintain and prioritize backlogs in collaboration with product owners and technical leads

· Create and maintain project documentation, requirements, and status pages in Confluence

· Communicate project status, trade\-offs, and decisions clearly to leadership and cross\-functional teams

· Manage scope changes and shifting priorities in a fast\-moving environment without losing momentum

· Use AI tools to work more efficiently, such as drafting documentation and user stories, summarizing meetings, analyzing project data, and automating routine reporting

• *Qualifications**

· Proven experience managing custom development projects with engineering teams

· Hands\-on experience leading Scrum or Agile teams; Scrum Master or similar certification is a plus

· Strong working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and enough technical fluency to engage meaningfully with developers on architecture, dependencies, and trade\-offs

· Strong experience with Jira (boards, workflows, dashboards, reporting) and Confluence (documentation, knowledge management)

· Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Jira/Confluence AI features) in day\-to\-day project management work

· Comfortable thriving in rapid\-paced environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non\-technical audiences

· Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and proactive problem solver

Pay: ₹150,000\.00 \- ₹180,000\.00 per month
