Software Development Senior Specialist

Scope of Work • Build and enhance high\-throughput, low\-latency trade processing systems • Support platform resilience, scalability and production stability • Drive legacy system migration and decommissioning (e.g., Hudson to XStore) • Support onboarding of settlement and pre\-settlement platforms • Improve throughput and efficiency across confirmations and downstream systems • Provide production support, incident management, and RCA • Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders Required Skill Set Core Skills (All Roles) • Strong Java development (Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs) • Experience with distributed systems and event\-driven architectures • Messaging systems (Kafka, JMS) • Strong SQL and data troubleshooting • CI/CD, testing and deployment practices • Production support and incident handling
