Software Development Trainer

• *About the Role**

Knowledge Thrive Academy is looking for a passionate Software Development Trainer who can train and mentor students in programming, web development, and software development technologies. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry\-oriented training and helping students build real\-world projects to enhance their employability.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Deliver training sessions on software development concepts and programming languages.
• Teach technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java, React, Node.js, SQL, and related tools.
• Design and update course materials, assignments, and project\-based learning activities.
• Guide students in developing live projects and portfolios.
• Conduct coding assessments, mock interviews, and technical evaluations.
• Provide career guidance and placement support to students.
• Track student progress and maintain training reports.
• Stay updated with the latest software development trends and technologies.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in software development, training, or mentoring.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages and web development frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Experience with real\-world software projects is preferred.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Knowledge of Full Stack Development.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, APIs, and Cloud Platforms.
• Prior teaching or training experience.
• Industry certifications are an added advantage.
