We’re searching for a **Software Script Engineer** to join our **IVANS team** in **Bengaluru** location. To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun. **What You’ll Do**

• Writes and creates software applications. Collaborate with the development team to design and build software applications.
• Performs analysis of requirements, creates technical specification documents, writes, examines, and rectifies code. Suggests modifications or improvements to the product based on user responses.
• Develops and maintains documentation or user manuals.
• Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles issues/problems and refers complex issues to higher\-level staff.
• Work with Project Manager from kickoff through integration on obtaining customer project requirements.
• Take the lead in reviewing customer requirements and identify gaps in customer needs versus product Features.
• Thoroughly document customer API connectivity requirements and implement it.
• Strong skills in debugging, problem\-solving, detail oriented, and the capacity to function effectively as part of a team.
• Should be good in written \& verbal communication skills, Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.

• *We’re Excited to Learn More About You*** 2 to 4 years of hands\-on experience Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Ability to create, read, and understand complex mapping documents.
• Enhance technical skills through hands\-on experience with the current tech stack.
• Technical expertise in XML, XSD, JSON, XSLT, Java.
• Knowledge of Mapforce and Python would be added advantage.
