### **Description**

We are looking for passionate and driven fresh graduates to join our Software Development team as Associate Software Engineers. In this role, you will work on building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise\-grade software products while gaining hands\-on experience with modern technologies, development practices, and domain knowledge.### **A Typical Day in the Life Includes:**

Design, develop, test, and maintain software modules and features
Write clean, efficient, and well\-documented code following coding standards
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and defect fixing
Work closely with senior developers, QA, and product teams
Understand functional and technical requirements of assigned components
Follow established development processes and Agile practices
Actively participate in technical training, knowledge sharing, and team discussions

### **Basic Qualifications:**

BE / BTech / MCA / MSc (CS/IT or related discipline)
Strong fundamentals in programming, OOP concepts, databases and SQL
Exposure to Java / C / C\+\+ / Python / Web technologies
Good problem\-solving and communication skills
Passion to learn and grow in software development
Interest in enterprise applications or ERP systems

Problem\-Solving: Good analytical and logical thinking abilities.

Communication: Clear and effective communication skills.
