We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled **Software Engineer** with hands\-on experience in **DILAX Software** and a strong understanding of **Sales and Marketing operations**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for software implementation, system support, data analysis, and assisting the business development team with technical solutions and customer presentations.
- Install, configure, and maintain DILAX Software and related systems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Analyze system data and generate reports for management and clients.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Support business development activities through technical expertise.
- Monitor software performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure timely resolution of software\-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of projects, system configurations, and client requirements.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with **DILAX Software**.
- Good understanding of software implementation and technical support.
- Knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report generation.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Experience in customer\-facing technical roles.
