• *Senior AtScale Platform Engineer**

• Location: India*

• *Your Role**

In this pivotal role, you will own the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of a globally deployed semantic analytics platform that sits at the heart of enterprise data access and business intelligence. You will drive day\-to\-day platform operations across production and non\-production environments, deliver second\- and third\-level incident resolution, and own configuration, release, and access governance, while actively shaping the governance framework as it is established. Working across global data, cloud, security, and BI teams, you will ensure the platform remains stable, well monitored, and continuously improving.

• *Who You Are**

• You bring at least three years of professional experience in data engineering, platform engineering, analytics, or business intelligence, with hands on experience operating AtScale or a comparable semantic layer or analytics platform.
• You have solid experience in platform administration, including incident management, release management, environment configuration, and technical support.
• You are proficient in SQL, including complex query writing, and have a strong understanding of modern data and BI architecture.
• You have practical experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse, and with AWS services including networking, access management, and monitoring.
• You have supported BI and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and are comfortable with automation, scripting, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure as code approaches.
• You communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders, and you work effectively across organizational and cultural boundaries in a global team environment.
• You are structured and analytical in your approach to troubleshooting, with a solid awareness of data security, access management, governance, and operational resilience.
• You are comfortable working with regular overlap with European working hours, and you communicate fluently in written and spoken English. Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar approaches for connecting semantic layers to AI or large language model applications is a plus.
