About I\-Rise
I\-Rise is building the digital backbone for capital formation in four of India's largest but most unorganized sectors \- real estate, infrastructure, social infrastructure, and energy. These industries move billions every year, yet still raise capital through personal contacts, spreadsheets, and opaque, relationship\-driven processes.
Our founding team has deep, on\-ground experience in these sectors. We are using technology, AI, and that domain expertise to bring structure, transparency, and speed to how capital is raised and deployed. We do this through two distinct platforms, built on a single intelligent matching engine.
The Deal Hub is an AI\-powered marketplace for raising and investing equity capital. It connects project owners and founders with investment bankers and investors, using a proprietary matching engine that pairs the right opportunity with the right investor based on sector, stage, deal size, and geography. Beyond matchmaking, the Deal Hub digitizes the entire deal lifecycle — business valuation, secure data rooms, due diligence, and deal closure — turning a disorganized process into a seamless one.
The Credit Hub addresses different needs: debt and credit \- working capital, project finance, and growth debt. It mirrors how lending works offline. Instead of connecting a borrower directly to a lender, the Credit Hub intelligently matches a borrower to the right debt syndicator (DSA) for their requirement. That intermediary then approaches the appropriate lender and manages the process end to end. We are not replacing the market structure — we are organizing it and making the matching intelligent.
Together, the two platforms — plus our Admin and Connection portals — cover the full capital needs of the sectors we serve.
The Role
We are hiring our first in\-house software engineer. The core platform will be built by an external development agency — but we need someone in\-house who can deeply understand the product, own the project from our side, and build key pieces (especially wireframes and MVPs) directly.
This is a hybrid engineering \+ technical project management role. You will start as a hands\-on builder working shoulder\-to\-shoulder with the Founder, and grow into owning the technical roadmap, managing parts of the agency relationship, and driving delivery. We move fast and value rapid iteration and speed above all.
– Build wireframes, prototypes, and MVP components in\-house for fast iteration.
– Work directly with the Founder to translate product vision into clear, buildable specs.
– Manage and review the external agency's work \- quality, timelines, and architecture.
– Own the project end to end: scope, track progress, unblock, and ship.
– Understand the full platform deeply enough to make sound technical decisions across both hubs.

What We're Looking For
– Strong working knowledge of TypeScript, and experience with React / Next.js and a Node.js backend framework (NestJS ideal).
– Comfort with PostgreSQL and an ORM (Prisma ideal).
– Experience building UIs with Tailwind CSS.
– Ability to take a feature from wireframe → MVP → working product.
– Self\-starter who thrives on speed, ownership, and ambiguity.
– Experience with Supabase (Auth, Storage, Postgres).
– Exposure to fintech, capital markets, lending, or real estate / infra tech.
– Any project / delivery management experience.

Pay: Up to ₹150,000\.00 per month
