• *Role Overview:**

We are looking for a passionate **Software Engineer – Product Development (Web \& Mobile)** to join our Engineering team.

You will collaborate with the **founding team** and cross\-functional stakeholders to build, enhance, and scale our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with Product, Operations, QA, and Business teams to deliver high\-quality software that creates value for customers.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy taking ownership, building high\-quality software, solving challenging technical problems, and contributing ideas beyond development.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for

• *Product Development:\-**

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high\-quality web and mobile applications.
• Develop reusable, modular, and scalable software components.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Deliver features based on product roadmaps and business priorities.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code.
• Follow engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Perform code reviews and actively participate in peer reviews.
• Debug and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• *Collaboration:\-**

• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and Operations teams.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand\-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and risks proactively.

• *Quality \& Security:\-**

• Ensure application quality through testing and peer reviews.
• Identify and fix bugs before production deployment.
• Follow secure coding practices.
• Maintain application stability and reliability.

• *Continuous Improvement:\-**

• Continuously learn new technologies and engineering practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality and development processes.
• Leverage AI\-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, debugging, documentation, and engineering efficiency.

• *Required Technical Skills:**

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in the following:

• *Mandatory:\-**

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands\-on experience with **React.js**.
• Strong hands\-on experience with **React Native**.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6\+) and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of component\-based architecture.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Experience working with responsive UI development.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• *Preferred Technical Skills:**

Experience in the following technologies will be an added advantage

• Node.js
• MongoDB
• AWS Cloud Services
