We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Software Engineer – AI Platforms \& Full\-Stack Development to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and scale next\-generation AI\-powered applications and platforms that serve enterprise\-scale customers. You will work across the full technology stack, leveraging modern web technologies, cloud\-native architectures, and state\-of\-the\-art AI/ML models to build performant, reliable, and scalable solutions.

• Software \& Full\-Stack Development
• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using front\-end and full\-stack technologies.
• Build intuitive, responsive, and user\-centric interfaces while ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
• Develop scalable APIs, services, and microservices architectures to support AI\-driven applications.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

• Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize commercial and open\-source AI/ML models for enterprise use cases.
• Design frameworks and pipelines for model performance assessment, scalability testing, and continuous evaluation.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI solutions, and AI services into production applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to operationalize AI capabilities at scale.

• *Architecture \& Scalability:**

• Architect highly scalable, resilient, and secure systems capable of supporting large\-scale deployments.
• Drive technical decisions related to system design, performance optimization, observability, and reliability.
• Design cloud\-native and distributed solutions that enable high availability and efficient resource utilization.
• Develop performance benchmarking strategies and establish engineering standards for scalable AI systems.

• *Cloud \& DevOps:**

• Develop, deploy, and manage applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerization, and orchestration solutions.
• Monitor application performance, optimize cloud resources, and ensure operational excellence.
• Apply security, compliance, and governance best practices throughout the software lifecycle.

• *Collaboration \& Leadership:**

• Work closely with cross\-functional teams including product managers, architects, AI researchers, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non\-technical audiences.
• Coordinate activities across teams and contribute to project planning and execution.

• *Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong experience in software engineering, front\-end development, and full\-stack application development.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong backend development experience with technologies such as Python, Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar.
• Experience building and deploying scalable distributed systems and cloud\-native applications.
• Hands\-on experience evaluating, benchmarking, and integrating AI/ML models, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, APIs, and scalable system design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), containers, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem\-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with AI platforms, MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance.
• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems.
• Experience with performance engineering, load testing, and large\-scale production systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise application security and compliance frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile and cross\-functional development environments.
