As a **Software Engineer \-** **Site Reliability**, you will play a critical role in ensuring our systems remain reliable, scalable, and high\-performing. You will work closely with engineering teams to improve observability, reduce incidents, and strengthen infrastructure resilience across our platform.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to

• Build and maintain tooling to automate monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Track SLOs/SLIs and reduce operational toil through engineering solutions
• Participate in incident response and post\-mortems to improve reliability
• Strengthen cloud infrastructure for scalability and availability
• Improve observability and system performance
• Collaborate with development teams on reliability best practices

• *Share Your Expertise.**

• Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role include:
• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years experience in SRE, DevOps, or backend engineering
• Strong coding skills (Python, Java, C\#, or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure\-as\-code
