Software Engineering Manager

Wells Fargo is hiring an Engineering Manager for its A&E team to deliver the DCMS migration project for 2026 and 2027. You will manage a team of individual contributor engineers and less experienced managers handling low to moderate complexity work. Responsibilities include coaching the team to build high-quality modern technology solutions, ensuring compliance with Banking Platform Architecture and non-functional requirements per release, and engaging with architects and senior engineers to incorporate technical strategies. You will also understand next-generation domain architecture to enable migration paths for cloud readiness, application modernization, and data initiatives.
