We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Software Implementation Engineer who can work closely with customers, understand their requirements, implement our software solutions, and provide ongoing assistance.

• *Job Overview**

The candidate will be responsible for implementing software solutions at customer locations, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, interacting with prospective customers, handling customer queries, and coordinating with the internal technical team.

This role requires excellent English communication skills, a willingness to travel to customer locations, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Implement and configure software applications at customer locations.
• Understand customer requirements and assist with product implementation.
• Conduct online and offline product demonstrations for existing and prospective customers.
• Present product features and explain software capabilities to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and demonstrate suitable product workflows based on their needs.
• Provide end\-user training and onboarding support.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure successful software deployment and go\-live.
• Handle customer queries and provide first\-level technical support.
• Coordinate with the development team to resolve customer\-reported issues.
• Prepare implementation reports and maintain customer documentation.
• Perform software testing and assist in identifying application issues.
• Handle multiple tasks and responsibilities as required by the company.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory.**
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers, doctors, laboratory professionals, and hospital staff.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations whenever required.

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
