Software Project Manager

• *Experience**: 1–3 Years

We are looking for an Experienced and result\-oriented Software Project Manager to plan, manage, execute, and deliver software development projects within defined timelines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, technical knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), excellent communication abilities, and experience managing cross\-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Project Planning and Management

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Manage project activities from initiation through closure.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

• *Team Management**

• Lead and coordinate software development teams.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Conduct regular project status meetings.
• Resolve team\-level challenges and remove project blockers.
• Motivate team members and ensure accountability.

• *Agile and SDLC Management**

• Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.
• Ensure adherence to software development processes and standards.
• Track sprint progress and manage release schedules.

• *Stakeholder Management**

• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Manage customer expectations and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
• Prepare project status reports and management dashboards.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.

• *Quality and Delivery Management**

• Ensure software deliverables meet quality requirements.
• Coordinate with QA and testing teams.
• Monitor defects, change requests, and release activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and project handover.
• Drive continuous process improvement.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• *Educational Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• MCA/MBA or Project Management certification is an added advantage.

• *Technical Skills**

• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of software architecture, databases, APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with software testing, deployment, and release management.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar tools.
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes is an advantage.

Pay: ₹240,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
